Come join us for a early morning workout M-W-F 6-7 AM classes; you will start your day feeling energized, feeling great! This week, the sun will just be coming up over the East Bay Hills when we pick up our hand weights to start our strength work. It is a wonderful way to start the day.Sunday, June 1st (see PT page for details), I will be offering another Xering® Class. For those of you who took the first class, this will be mostly a refresher with a few new exercises. I have 8 new Xerings® for those who would like to take the class for the first time. Small, light weight and easy to use, the Xering® is an ideal piece of travel equipment. It is effective and efficient, so a few minutes every day can help you keep your tone and strength while away. Apropos Core and BS, in the Saturday BS class I am continuing to highlight the use of the Stability Ball in the month of May. We are fortunate to have this fabulous piece of core strengthening equipment available to us at Jacuzzi Street, so I am really putting it to good use this month.
